Symbiosis
I decided to name to the final piece “Symbiosis”. The word comes form greek terms “sýn” (meaning “together”) and “bíōsis” (meaning “living”) and thus means “living together”. The notion is specific to biology and to quote Wikipedia:
it is sometimes used in the more restricted sense of a mutually beneficial interaction in which both symbionts contribute to each other's support.
For me, “symbiosis” is the word that best describes the beneficial relation that us humans can have with our non-human buddies. What inspired me to give this name in particular to this double portrait was the strong connection between the two characters, that the reference picture of Alexandra and Ursa emanates.

The painting still needs to be varnished (our choice is a glossy varnish). When dry, the piece will be sent in our branded pizza box, 33x33x4 cm.
Shipping is first possible beginning with September 2024, so that we can ensure a properly done varnish.

Der Versand ist erst ab September 2024 möglich, damit wir eine ordnungsgemäß durchgeführte Lackierung gewährleisten können.
